Our Commitment
While the Safety Team leads our safety program, each member of The Herd plays an important role in maintaining a safe work environment. The Safety Committee is comprised of leadership, the Safety Team, and superintendents all working to continuously optimize our safety program. From the qualification of Vendor Partners by our Estimation Team to site leaders reinforcing requirements, the Buffalo Safety culture is a collective effort.
At Buffalo Construction, we believe that behind every commitment to safety lies a personal reason that drives us. Our Why We Work Safe program is rooted in the understanding that safety isn’t just a protocol—it’s a shared responsibility and a culture of accountability. By reminding our team to prioritize safety every day, we ensure that everyone on our job sites returns home safely to the people and moments that matter most. Because at the heart of every project, it’s about protecting what truly matters: our people.
