A Seamless Stay Built from the Ground Up
Buffalo Construction proudly partnered with Love’s Hospitality for the first time to deliver this 42,679-square-foot, three-building Fairfield Inn in Van, TX. This 82-room hotel sets a high bar, offering guests thoughtful amenities like a heated indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, guest laundry, and an outdoor deck featuring a gas grill and fire pit. Designed with both comfort and function in mind, the project reflects the clients hospitality standards and our shared commitment to quality from the ground up.
This successful collaboration marked the beginning of our relationship with Love’s, followed by our second project together—Holiday Inn in Brigham City, UT. The Van, TX project required tight coordination with both local and traveling vendor partners, and our team delivered with precision. One of the most striking features is a custom-built TV wall in the main lobby, constructed with aluminum ½” U channel to create sleek, modern reveals. From detailed finishes to big-picture execution, this project exemplifies Buffalo Construction’s ability to deliver on time, on spec, and above expectations.
