Buffalo Construction successfully completed Hampton Inn & Suites in Louisville, KY, a 65,752-square-foot, five-story hotel located in the Oxmoor area of East Louisville. This new-build, 111-room property was constructed to Type 2B standards and designed using Hilton’s Hampton CASUAL scheme, offering guests a welcoming and functional space that blends style with comfort. From the warm, modern guest rooms to the inviting lobby and common areas, the hotel was built to meet the expectations of today’s business and leisure travelers.
Buffalo Construction managed every phase of the project—from sitework and foundational prep to structural framing and interior finishes—ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment throughout. The project received its Certificate of Occupancy on January 9, 2025, with all punch work completed and finalized by February 3, 2025. This build adds to our growing hospitality portfolio and reinforces Buffalo Construction’s expertise in delivering high-quality, guest-focused hotel environments.
