Designed to accommodate 277 guests, the space features a full-service kitchen, spacious dining areas, and a dedicated to-go section, all carefully planned to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. The project also included a 931-square-foot dumpster enclosure and strategic site planning to optimize traffic flow and accessibility.

Navigating zoning requirements and MEP system integrations, the team executed the build with precision, ensuring seamless compliance with safety standards and ADA accessibility. With 142 parking spaces, including five accessible spots, the location is built for convenience, offering a seamless experience for dine-in and takeout customers alike.
