The project included a 7,575-square-foot interior space with a full-service kitchen, spacious dining areas, and a custom-designed bar. A 1,453-square-foot outdoor patio expands the seating capacity, offering guests an inviting open-air dining option. Thoughtful planning ensured a smooth flow between the kitchen, dining, and service areas, optimizing both efficiency and guest experience.
With 366 total seats, including 72 on the patio, this project required careful coordination to integrate MEP systems, fire safety compliance, and ADA accessibility while maintaining the restaurant’s signature aesthetic. The 148-space parking lot, complete with six ADA-compliant spaces, ensures ample guest convenience.
