A proud graduate of Northern Kentucky University with degrees in Public Relations and Sociology, Shiann brings a unique blend of communication prowess and problem-solving skills to the construction world. With a strong background in proposal development and graphic design, she has the construction knowledge and eye for detail that make her a perfect fit for our team.

But Shiann isn't just all business—she’s got some serious personality too. A Louisville native, she’s full of hometown pride and loves cheering on her Louisville City FC team (great choice!). When she's not at the office, you can catch her planning her bucket list trip to see Adele perform in the UK. Her spirit animal, the German Shepherd, says it all: loyal, hardworking, and always ready to dig into the next challenge. Whether she's overseeing project details or dreaming of her next adventure, Shiann is committed to knocking every task out of the park!
