If he’s in the room, don’t cha know it? Our fearless leader has an unforgettable personality and a laugh to match. He founded the joint in 1997, so let’s just say he’s ultimately responsible for this madness we get to call work. Truth be told, though, Scott not only personifies our unmatched culture, but he also inspires the whole Herd with his work ethic and philanthropy. An active member of the Louisville Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), Scott’s primary personal objective in life is giving back to those who are less fortunate.

The San Diego, Calif., native lives in Louisville, Ky., with his wife. Their two kids are in college, so if he’s not working, he’s probably golfing or globetrotting.
