Meet Matt, the Business Unit Leader of Buffalo Builders who brings a love of baseball and a knack for problem-solving to the construction site. From Frankfort, Kentucky, Matt's dream of visiting all MLB ballparks is still in the works, but he’s already hit a home run with eight years of construction experience. A Centre College graduate with a B.A. in History, Matt’s heart belongs to the New York Yankees. As a kid, he wanted to be a pro baseball player, and that passion still shines through today.

When he's not managing projects, you’ll find Matt indulging in his hobbies—ping pongl, strolling city sidewalks, ranking pizzas, and of course, watching his beloved Yankees. His work superpowers include simplifying complex problems, building new systems, and making people feel appreciated, ensuring every project is a grand slam.

At home, Matt’s talents take a different form: he's an expert at cooking Italian food, untangling dog leashes, driving like he’s 100 years old, and even getting lost in his hometown without GPS. He shares his adventures with his wife, Ashley, their soon-to-arrive baby girl, Mia, and their canine companions: Scout, a border collie, and two basset hounds, Lemon and Woody. With Matt on the team, Buffalo Builders gains not just a leader but a teammate with heart, humor, and a whole lot of love for the game.
