From high-profile airport projects to fast-paced restaurant builds, he’s delivered it all with precision, teamwork, and just the right amount of grit. Before joining the Herd, Larry managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led diverse teams, and honed his expertise in delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Larry’s adventurous spirit isn’t limited to construction. Outside of work, you’ll find him running, woodworking, tearing up the trails on his mountain bike, or even exploring the great outdoors with his trusty German Shepherd, Beaux. A student hot air balloon pilot, Larry’s passion for adventure literally takes him to new heights. Whether he’s navigating complex projects or the open skies, he thrives on tackling the unknown and pushing boundaries.
