Jon Weitz

We have a saying around here, and it goes: “We’re not in the building business, we’re in the relationship business”. It’s a saying because we know we’re only as strong as our relationships and Jon lives by this same philosophy. He has a way about him that easily connects with people, making friends within minutes of meeting them. It’s a genuine quality that gives him the ability to build strong partnerships and loyalty with his team, as superintendent. His career has spanned a wide variety of projects and markets including fuel, restaurant, tenant infills, and multi-family.

John resides in Florida with his wife, Gail, and their daughter, Julianna. He loves to watch Nascar and can build you anything out of wood; a hobby he’s been perfecting for over 25 years. A fun fact about John is that he has tried whiskey from every state he has visited, that’s almost 40 states and counting! Maybe it’s no coincidence this whiskey connoisseur has chosen Buffalo as his work home which just happens to be headquartered in the bourbon capital of the world!
