Originally from Floyds Knobs, Indiana, Joey Stephans brings precision and dedication to his role as a Preconstruction Estimator at Buffalo Construction. With a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) and years of experience estimating projects across industries like healthcare, automotive manufacturing, and distilleries, Joey ensures every project is set up for success from day one.

Off the clock, Joey’s creativity extends to working on motorcycles and occasionally his Toyota MR2, diving into board games, and conquering virtual worlds in video games. A proud husband and father, Joey finds joy in balancing family life with his passion for all things mechanical. And when it comes to favorite films, he swears by the Lord of the Rings trilogy—because no one knows the value of preparation for an epic journey quite like Joey.
