Since joining the herd, Jessie has been a go-to teammate for keeping job sites safe, clean, and humming with efficiency. Whether assisting superintendents, coordinating logistics, or ensuring client satisfaction, his “get-it-done” attitude shines brighter than a freshly polished steel beam.

When not championing projects onsite, Jessie channels his energy into trail running, lifting weights, and enjoying KitKats. With an eye on the horizon, he aims to run a 10k, master fluent Spanish, and even build a dream home—proof that commitment, compassion, and continuous improvement aren't just core values; they’re a way of life.
