With decades of experience and an extensive portfolio spanning hotels, restaurants, apartment complexes, and more, Jeff Lee is the definition of a seasoned pro. Originally from the tiny town of Pierson, Michigan (population: 73!), Jeff’s built a career on getting the job done right—whether he’s managing subcontractors, fine-tuning design details, or making sure every project runs like a well-oiled machine. His favorite project to date? The Extended Stay in Chandler, AZ, where he took a deep dive into the intricate design elements that make a project stand out.

Off the clock, you’ll find Jeff riding one of his four motorcycles, out on a hunting or fishing trip, or spending time with his granddaughter. And while he once dreamed of being President of the United States, these days, he’s perfectly happy ruling the job site. A die-hard Notre Dame fan, a walking encyclopedia of Top Gun quotes, and a man with eight daughters (yep, you read that right), Jeff is proof that experience, dedication, and a little bit of humor go a long way in construction—and in life.
