Meet Hailey, a Project Engineer at Buffalo Construction who proves that attention to detail and a flair for design go hand in hand. Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, Hailey graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Floral Design. Her keen eye for aesthetics ensures every project she touches is both functional and fabulous. And if you catch her humming along to a Morgan Wallen tune, you know it's going to be a good day on-site.

Hailey’s superpower? Communication. She’s the glue that keeps our projects running smoothly, bridging the gap between design and construction with ease. When she’s not orchestrating the perfect project, you might find her spiking a volleyball on the sand court or dreaming of her next trip to Hawaii. With a favorite color as vibrant as pink, Hailey’s presence at Buffalo Construction adds a touch of brightness and a whole lot of energy.
