Eric Fleming

Eric’s favorite quote is "If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you, If you are willing to learn, no one can stop you”, by Zig Zigler. We know that Eric is a wealth of knowledge as a traveling Superintendent for us. He’s built for some of the most notable brands, including 25 years of experience with Target, multiple conversions for Starbucks, ground-up multifamily projects, and much more. A lifetime student, he’s always striving for our core value of Continuous Improvement. This is an admirable and sought-after trait we look for in our Project Superintendents. Eric has been in the construction industry for nearly 25 years and will be working in our Retail sector.

At home, Eric has a big Herd family. He and his wife, Gina, have 2 sons, 4 cats, and a dog. When Eric manages to have free time, he loves to check off the honey-do list by working on the house and eating anything his wife cooks. He also enjoys restoring trucks. In fact, he owns several 90’s Ford trucks that are always there to keep him busy.
