Tony Baker

Tony’s favorite quote is by Nelson Mandela, “I either win or I learn. You only lose when you don’t learn from your mistakes”. When we heard this we knew Tony had to be a part of our Herd Family. Tony is always living our core value of Continuous Improvement by asking questions, learning from others, and being a guide to those that need it. Tony has over 15 years of experience in construction and will be a Project Superintendent.

In Tony’s free time he loves to woodwork. Someday soon he hopes to build a detached garage and make a shop to resume his favorite hobby because right now he is getting in his wife’s way! *his words, not ours*
