Chris Dickerson

It has been said that "the art of conversation is in listening," a philosophy that Chris practices daily as the Herd’s Learning and Development Manager. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Chris received his degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast before quickly advancing into leadership roles. Eventually overseeing the Mid-Atlantic regional training program for Sprint, he earned many accolades for his proven ability to lead and develop his team.

Chris now lives with his wife, Kerri, and their soon-to-be three children in New Albany, IN. When he is not developing our team, he is engaged in his many personal pursuits, including watching his kid’s soccer games, motorcycle riding, watch collecting, golfing, and reading professional development books. He is a die-hard Indianapolis Colts fan and is a season ticket holder of Louisville City FC!
