Carter has a strong sense of honor in delivering on his promises. Here at Buffalo Construction, Inc. we call that #Commitment, one of the Herd’s Core Values. It’s this reliability that makes him a dependable team asset as an Assistant Project Manager. Since obtaining his degree in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University, Carter has emersed himself in the project management process, helping to manage multi-million dollar projects in the hospitality, education, recreation and student housing sectors. Naturally self-directed, he also promotes a collaborative team dynamic as the liaison between the project team, vendor partners and owners.

Carter lives in Louisville with his wife, Chelsea, and their 2, soon to be 3, children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, working out and playing video games. His goals include traveling as much as possible and investing in real estate and other assets to create a nice nest egg for him and his family, which we have no doubt he’ll set out and accomplish.
